AR Poster Series: Turning Concert Merch into Shared Experiences

AR / Spatial DesignIllustration Experience DesignInteraction DesignMotion DesignPhysical / Digital

Design challenge: How might a static poster become a moment fans experience together?

As a Product designer skilled in Motion Graphics and Illustration, I am passionate about telling untold stories waiting to be discovered. And my ultimate goal is to create meaningful connections through my unique approach to storytelling.

So I designed QR-activated AR posters for live shows. Each one is a physical object with a digital layer that extends the artwork beyond its frame. I then tested them in the venue to see how fans actually responded.

I’ve always believed that concerts aren’t just about the performance—they’re about the shared experience, the way music brings people together, and the memories that last a lifetime. This belief inspired me to embark on this project: to unite music fans and help them create unforgettable experiences together.

This piece emphasizes the power of animation as an essential storytelling element, transforming the experience beyond traditional boundaries.

By extending outside the physical frame, the interactive art invites viewers to engage with a limitless creative narrative.

I brought this poster to Dylan’s Halloween party concert, and it sparked genuine curiosity, laughter, and new friendships throughout the venue. Beyond being a creative outlet for me, it brought music fans together and made the night even more unforgettable!

Star-gazing & Astrophotography

On October 17, 2024, the night of KYGO’s world tour, the year’s brightest and biggest supermoon rose in the sky.
Driven by my love for astronomy, I captured this moment to use its beauty as creative fuel for my design elements.
